Carlota Laucata is a Quechua entrepreneur and community leader from Huilloc, Peru, whose work is rooted in cultural continuity, and ancestral knowledge.

She is the founder of Laucata’s  Adventures a community based initiative that shares Quechua traditions, craft, and ways of life through immersive experiences.

Our connection began through a shared commitment to honoring Indigenous ways of life. This collaboration is in ongoing dialogue, consent, and a long-term relationship rather than a single moment of documentation.

Any work developed together will remain in conversation with her community and guided by their perspectives.

Tongues of the Earth grows through relationships with individuals, communities, and organizations working to sustain language, culture, and ways of life. Each collaboration begins with listening and develops over time through dialogue, trust, and consent. There is no fixed model, only a shared commitment to honoring knowledge as it is lived and carried within communities.
